INTRODUCTORY I-II CERTIFIED IYENGAR YOGA TEACHER
This 2-Hour Workshop is designed for beginners or those with previous yoga experience wishing to refine their understanding of yoga fundamentals. Classes will emphasize postural alignment, precision, and effective use of props in standing, seated, and supine poses. We will explore poses that develop strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, and confidence and end with final relaxation.
